CliniScribe now officially integrates with Pogozo

We’re excited to announce that CliniScribe now officially integrates with Pogozo.

It’s another step towards something we care strongly about at CliniScribe:

Healthcare professionals shouldn’t have to completely change the systems they use just to benefit from AI.

Instead, AI should fit into the way practices already work.

Bringing CliniScribe and Pogozo together

Pogozo provides practice management software for allied health businesses.

Through the CliniScribe integration, clinicians can use AI to assist with documentation and clinical workflows while continuing to work within their existing practice management environment.

CliniScribe can help turn consultations or clinician dictation into structured outputs including:

• clinical notes

• referral letters and reports

• treatment plans

• patient education

• digital forms

The goal is to reduce duplication and unnecessary administration between clinical care and practice management.

More than an AI scribe

Although CliniScribe started with clinical documentation, the platform is increasingly being built around the broader workflow surrounding a consultation.

A clinician might begin with a consultation and ultimately need to create a note, a report, a treatment plan, patient-facing information or a form.

Historically, these have often required separate tools and repeated entry of the same information.

We think AI can make that workflow much simpler.

Practice-management agnostic by design

Our Pogozo integration also reflects a broader principle behind CliniScribe.

We don’t want practices locked into a particular practice management system simply because they use CliniScribe.

CliniScribe officially integrates with multiple practice management platforms, including Pogozo, Cliniko, Nookal and Coreplus, and we plan to continue expanding interoperability across allied health.

Practices should be able to choose the technology that works best for them.

AI that fits healthcare

Healthcare software is often complex because healthcare itself is complex.

Our approach is not to ask clinicians to completely redesign the way they work around AI. It is to make AI fit naturally into existing clinical and administrative workflows.
